— It has already had a positive effect as it gave me the courage to apply for a role within my organisation which I previously wouldn’t have had the belief to go for.
I began the course in November 2015, and in that time I have learned a lot about myself, my strengths and weaknesses and the type of manager that I am.
In a short time it has broken down many of the personal barriers that I had put up as reasons why I didn’t think I could do something and has begun to give me the belief that I can achieve the things that I want in the future.

If there is one thing I now know it is that women have a fundamental role to play in the workplace and our transferable skills make us brilliant employees.
